If you are not satisfied with the purchase of a clothing item you can return it for an exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that it has not been worn or laundered.
For hygienic reasons, no refund or exchange is possible on underwear, dildoes/toys, latex clothes, unless the item is damaged.
Due to copyright laws, DVDs/CDs must be in their original plastic and unopened in order to be refunded. Opened products will be exchanged for the same product and are not refundable.
No exchange or refund on magazines, unless the item is damaged.
Alterations for leather items are at the expense of the customer.
Also take note that shipping fees are not refundable, unless we have made a mistake.
Items bought on our website, by phone, fax or mail cannot be refunded or exchanged in store.
